Well things did happen, we moved in as planned on 31/10/2008 sans a gas connection, so no cook top, heating or cooling for the first two weeks, we were reimbursed for some food receipts which was a nice touch considering all the problems we have had.
We got the phone call yesterday that the three months maintenance has come around an is due to take place next Thursday. I have a strong feeling that PD will not like us much, after spending a few nights in our new home we started to see plaster faults and a lot of them lots of little lines in the walls the roof, plater nails coming loose, plaster that is not straight, so we will see how much they care next Thursday and how much they will fix.
Interesting times ahead....
